This is just a small map with a total of 10 fields.
Has a small BGA, Cows, Sheep, Chickens, 2 silage pits, 3 selling points (Investors, Merchants, and Inn), 1 smallish farm yard, plenty of detail. You start off owning 2 fields, with 2 tractors and 1 combine.
